This Coffee Table design is inspired by George Nakashima, architect and famous woodworker. This piece has been sold however I can would love to make one for you! The price is an estimate depending on the size and base you would like.
This piece is milled from a Walnut storm tree that fell in Washington, OK. We milled and air dried the lumber in a controlled environment from start to finish. It's handcrafted with bridal joints and bow-tie keys to reinforce it at the cracks. Finished with boiled linseed oil and a durable topcoat varnish of the highest quality. The measurements are 61" long, a variable depth of 18"-27" wide, and a height of 18-1/2".
This is an heirloom piece of furniture that I anticipate lasting 100's of years.
